Building on the success of Hacienda Sydney, Hyde Hacienda Sydney Bar + Lounge introduces a new, unique cocktail menu created by Tim Philips-Johansson, Senior Consultant – Sweet&Chilli. Drawing inspiration from the lux hotels of L.A, Miami, and Vegas, blended with, fresh Australian produce, Hyde Hacienda Sydney's cocktails are mixed with unique flavour combinations to bring bar-goers flavours they know and love, with a special HYDE twist.
Combining fresh local produce with South American influences, Executive Chef, Steven Hartert, has created a food menu ideal for sharing. Drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and cuisines spanning north, central and South America, the new menu features a host of small and large dishes, light enough for a nibble or substantial enough for a feast.
